I successfully completed the bike fitting course at Bristol University Sport Centre in 2016.
The course was given by Andy Sexton of bike Science and for any of you in the know, he is one of the most experienced bike fitters in the country, fitting many of the UK’s professionals and high level non-professionals ridders alike.
The course allows me to perform a basic bike fit to help with your posture ensuring a “safe” and comfortable riding position. Thanks to this training and my personal experience in cycling I will be able to explain to you the basics behind a bike fit and then hands on practice looking at body angles and how to adjust the bike accordingly to optimise your position and comfort. I will also look at what compromises to make and where.
